Our Beliefs
The trinity: We believe in the Triune God. There is one God in 3 distinct persons: God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. All are one in power and divinity, which is the essence of who God is.
Jesus Christ: We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as the only begotten Son of God. He was born of the virgin Mary. Christ was divine in nature, sinless in His life, pure and Holy. Christ was crucified for our sins, died on a cross, was buried, placed in a tomb, resurrected on the third day and ascended to Heaven.
Communion: We believe that Communion is an ordinance given to the church by Jesus Christ to remember His sacrifice on the cross and shedding His blood for the remission of our sins. Communion is for all born again followers of Christ living in fellowship and obedience to Him.
The elements of communion are the wafer, bread, or cracker, which represents the broken body of Jesus and the juice, represents His shed blood on the cross.
Water baptism: We believe in biblical water baptism by immersion in water. It is an outward expression of an inward change in the life of the One who has received Jesus as Lord and Savior of their life. Water baptism represents Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection.
Note: water baptism does not save you it is a command and an outward expression of an inward change in the life of the follower of Christ
The rapture of the saints: we believe that one day Jesus Christ will return in the clouds to rapture (take away) those who have placed their faith and trust in Jesus Christ. After that the great tribulation will begin.
